Sole Mate unlocks unlimited private messaging with any verified seller. Toe-to-Toe includes that and adds HD video calls and private livestreams.

A flat membership keeps our only customer you: not advertisers, not investors, not a percentage skimmed off every sale. Sellers keep 100% of what they earn, and we never touch the money that changes hands between buyers and sellers.

By email. Write to info@allisonfeet.com with the plan (Sole Mate or Toe-to-Toe) and the period (30 days or a year). We reply with the payment options, agree on one with you and activate your account by hand. There is no checkout on the site, so there is no card on file, no auto-renewal and nothing on your bank statement.

Standard payment processors classify Allison Feet as adult content and refuse to work with us, however legitimate the business. The few that accept adult platforms charge fees we would have to pass on to you, so we activate members personally instead.

A real person reads and answers your email, so allow a day or two. You are activated the moment the payment is arranged. If it has been longer than a couple of days, a friendly reminder is welcome.

Both. Every plan comes as a 30-day or a one-year prepaid period, and the year is discounted. When your time runs out, email us to extend; extending early stacks the new period on top of what you have left.

No. Nothing renews and we never store a payment method. You pay once for a fixed period and decide yourself whether to extend. Your account, profile and content stay as they are either way.

No and no. Memberships are our only revenue: no ads on the platform, and no selling user data.

No. Payments happen entirely between buyers and sellers; we never hold, process or escrow funds. Agree on the price and the payment method before content changes hands, and deal with people you trust: everyone you can talk to here is ID-verified.

We are not a party to the transaction and cannot reverse payments. You are never dealing with an anonymous stranger, though: everyone you can talk to has passed ID verification, and you can block anyone instantly. Report bad behaviour with the report form from any profile, post, comment or message; we investigate within the timelines in our Content Rules, and accounts that break them are suspended or removed with a written statement of reasons. An account reported by several verified members is paused until a person has reviewed it, and someone who is banned cannot come back with the same ID or email address. The Staying safe page shows the common scams before they cost you anything.

You photograph a government-issued ID and take a quick selfie. Our verification partner confirms the document is genuine, the face matches and you are at least 18. Most checks finish in minutes.

Everyone who wants to interact. Sellers verify before uploading, chatting, commenting, calling or going live; buyers before chatting, commenting, joining calls or watching livestreams. Browsing public galleries is open, behind an 18+ notice. Verification confirms identity and age, not character, so keep using your judgement and report anything that looks wrong.

Strictly. Age is checked against a government-issued ID, not a checkbox. Nobody chats, calls, sells or uploads without proving they are an adult first.

Our verification partner processes them on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Allison Feet never receives your document images or face scan, only the outcome, the reason, the date and a few risk signals used to spot fake accounts. The partner deletes the images after the retention period set in our account. You see a consent notice before the check starts, and the details are in the Privacy Policy.

Keep the conversation here. Nearly every scam starts with “add me on Telegram, Snapchat or WhatsApp”, which is why contact details and other messaging apps are refused in profiles, captions, comments, livestream titles and messages, and why new sellers can open only a few conversations a day in their first week. Buyers: never pay a “verification fee” and start small with a new seller. Sellers: a screenshot is not a payment, and we never email you about payouts. The full list is on the Staying safe page.

Yes, instantly, from the conversation or from their profile: open the chat and use the block button, or open their profile and choose Block from the menu. Blocked users cannot message or call you, and you manage your blocked list under Profile → Blocked.

Everything private is between buyers and a seller: buyers and sellers message each other, sellers call buyers, sellers host livestreams and buyers watch them. Sellers cannot message, call or watch each other, so nobody can sign up as a “seller” to reach sellers without a membership.

No. Seller profiles are public, which is how they get discovered. The buyers directory is visible only to verified sellers, so casual visitors can never browse a list of buyers.

Sign up, choose the seller role during onboarding, verify your identity and upload photos and videos to your gallery. Your profile joins the public sellers directory and your uploads appear in the live feed, where buyers can heart and follow you.

It ranks the ten most active sellers over a rolling 7-day window and recalculates every hour. Every upload batch earns 10 points plus 2 per photo, every livestream you host 15, every heart you receive 3 and every new follower 5.

It is farm-proof: self-hearts, profile edits and stream restarts earn nothing, so the board reflects genuine activity. The prize is exposure, since a top-ten spot puts you in front of every buyer browsing the leaderboard. Cash rewards for top spots are on the roadmap, funded by buyer memberships.

Sellers start them and choose the length, up to 30 minutes; the call ends automatically when time is up. Both sides must be verified, and the buyer needs Toe-to-Toe.

Start a stream from the Live tab on your profile, give it a title and a maximum length, and check your camera backstage. Invite buyers from your followers or by username, or approve the ones who ask to join from your seller page. You can remove anyone at any time, even mid-stream.

A members-only chat runs beside the video, the stream ends automatically when time is up, and nothing is recorded. The same content rules as for video calls apply.

You need to be a verified buyer on Toe-to-Toe. When a seller invites you, you get a notification, and another the moment they go live. While a seller is streaming, their profile shows a live card where you can ask to join. The host decides who gets in, and you can leave whenever you like.

Nothing. Profile, gallery, feed presence, leaderboard eligibility, messaging, video calls and livestreams are all free for sellers, and we take no cut of your sales. Whatever buyers pay you, you keep.

Yes. Allison Feet is a Progressive Web App (PWA): you install the website itself from your browser, and it gets its own home-screen icon and opens full-screen like an app from a store. No store also means nothing to download, automatic updates, and nothing in your Apple or Google purchase history.

Open allisonfeet.com in Chrome, then either:

• Tap Install on the banner at the bottom of the screen, or
• Open the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner and choose Add to Home screen, then Install.

The icon appears on your home screen and in your app drawer. Other Chromium browsers such as Edge, Brave and Samsung Internet work the same way.

Open allisonfeet.com in Safari (it only works from Safari), then:

1. Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow pointing up.
2. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Tap Add in the top-right corner.

The Allison Feet icon is now on your home screen and opens full-screen like any other app.

Yes, for new chat messages. With the app open, even in the background or another tab, you get a notification the moment someone writes, and tapping it opens the conversation. You are asked for permission the first time you open your messages and can revoke it in your device settings. Livestream invites, join requests and go-live alerts appear under Notifications in the app.

It is free and tiny. Installing a PWA keeps a small cache of images and scripts on your device, nothing like a store download. Your account and membership work the same in the app and on the website.

You choose a role during onboarding: sellers get galleries, leaderboard eligibility and the buyers directory; buyers get discovery and following tools. To change roles later, email info@allisonfeet.com.

Yes, at any time, from your account settings. That removes your profile, gallery, comments, follows and chat history; cached images leave the CDN shortly after. We keep only the fact and date of your age-verification decision (no documents) for five years to defend legal claims, plus any report or moderation record the law requires. There is nothing to cancel first: memberships are prepaid and never renew, so let any remaining time lapse, or use the withdrawal form within 14 days of an activation.
