Remove an intimate image shared without your consent

If you (or someone you are authorised to act for) appear in an intimate image or video on this Platform and you did not consent to it being posted, we remove it within 48 hours of a valid request, together with any identical copies we can identify. You do not need an account.

Our obligation, in plain language

Under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act (2025), the EU Digital Services Act and Belgian law on non-consensual intimate images, we must give you an easy way to request removal and act within 48 hours. We also remove such images on our own initiative when we become aware of them, and we treat any intimate image of a person who is not the verified account holder as non-consensual until proven otherwise. “Intimate” includes nudity, underwear-focused images and any sexual depiction, real or AI-generated.

How to request removal

  1. Open the report form and choose “Intimate or private image of me shared without my consent”. Or email info@allisonfeet.com with the subject “Removal request”.
  2. Include: (1) your name or a way to identify you and your electronic signature (typing your name in the form counts); (2) where the image is, with links or enough detail for us to find it; (3) a short statement that you believe in good faith it was posted without your consent, and anything that helps us confirm you are the person depicted; (4) an email address so we can reach you.
  3. You receive a ticket number immediately and confirmation of the outcome by email.

What happens next

  • We remove the image and known copies within 48 hours, usually much faster, and purge cached copies from our content delivery network.
  • We may ask for proportionate proof that you are the person depicted if this is not evident, without delaying the removal.
  • The account that posted it is suspended pending review, and we preserve evidence for the authorities. We report to the police where the law requires it, and always where a minor may be involved.
  • We act in good faith on requests that appear valid; you keep every other legal remedy against the person who posted the image.
