The Content Rules prohibit any depiction of sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A): no sexual intercourse, bestiality, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals or pubic area, actual or simulated. Visual depictions on this website are therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not portray such conduct. In addition, the operator only hosts, stores, formats and transmits content uploaded by users and does not manage its sexual content (18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B)(v); 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4)).

Age of persons depicted

Every seller passes a government-ID and liveness check with our verification partner before uploading, and confirms for each upload that they are the only person shown and were 18 or older when it was made. All persons depicted on this website were adults at the time of creation.

Producers and custodians

Sellers are the primary producers of their content. Should any content ever depict conduct covered by §2257, the seller who created it is required by our Terms to create and maintain the records required by 28 C.F.R.
