Sellers own what they post and warrant that they made it. If your work appears here without permission, this is how to get it taken down, and how a seller can object if a notice is mistaken.

Designated agent

Notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and under the EU Digital Services Act (Art. 16) go to our designated agent: Allison Feet, info@allisonfeet.com. Registration of the agent with the US Copyright Office is pending completion of our business registration; notices are handled in the meantime exactly as described below. You can also use the report form and choose “Copyright”.

What a notice must contain

  1. Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
  2. The exact location of the material on the Platform (link to the profile, post or media).
  3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable access to the material promptly after a complete notice, tell the uploader, and send you the outcome. Notices that knowingly misrepresent infringement can make you liable for damages.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the notice was mistaken, send a counter-notice to info@allisonfeet.com with: identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium (and, for US residents, of the federal court for your district) and to accept service from the person who filed the notice; and your signature. We forward the counter-notice to the complainant and restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have started court proceedings.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive two substantiated notices lose the ability to upload; a third leads to termination. Accounts created to evade this are terminated immediately. Manifestly abusive notices count against the person filing them.
