Supervision
Allison Feet is an online platform established in Belgium. The Belgian Digital Services Coordinator is the Belgian Institute for Postal services and Telecommunications (BIPT). Data protection is supervised by the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Consumer matters: FPS Economy (Economic Inspection).
Law-enforcement guidelines
What we hold: account email and username, verification outcome (never documents), profile fields, gallery media, feed comments, follows, private messages (at Stream), reports and moderation records, and membership records. We do not hold payment details between members. Requests must come from a competent authority, identify the account or content precisely, and state the legal basis. We preserve data on a valid preservation request for 90 days, renewable once, and notify the user of a request unless prohibited or where notification would endanger someone.
