Content Rules & Moderation
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These rules are part of the Terms of Service. They say exactly what a feet pic may contain on this Platform, what gets removed, how we decide, and how to challenge a decision. They are deliberately strict: keeping the catalogue non-explicit is what lets the Platform stay open in most countries.
1. What is allowed
- Photos and videos of your own feet, ankles and lower legs, bare or in footwear, hosiery or everyday clothing.
- Your face may appear or not, as you prefer. Other body parts may be incidentally visible only when fully clothed.
- Captions, bios and comments that describe the content, your style or your offer in plain, non-sexual language.
- Custom requests agreed privately in chat, delivered privately, as long as the content itself would be allowed here.
2. What is prohibited
- Anyone under 18, or anyone presented as a minor (childlike clothing, settings, props, role-play), in any form, including drawings or AI images. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and to Child Focus / the Belgian Federal Police and preserve the evidence for the authorities.
- Nudity or partial nudity: no exposed genitals, anus, pubic area, buttocks or breasts; no underwear-, lingerie- or fetish-clothing-focused shots; no framing that shows the crotch.
- Sexual activity of any kind, real or simulated, including any sexual use of feet, masturbation, sex toys, bodily fluids, and any pain, bondage, trampling or domination framing.
- Sexual language in titles, captions, bios or comments, including sexual descriptions of what the content is for.
- Anyone but you. Content showing another person, or content you did not make and own, even with their permission.
- Non-consensual content, content presented as non-consensual, and any intimate image of a person shared without their consent, anywhere on the Platform including private messages.
- AI-generated, synthetic or manipulated content that depicts a real person (including yourself presented as someone else). Deepfakes of anyone are prohibited outright.
- In-person meetings or sexual services. Offering, requesting, arranging or hinting at meetings, escorting, dates, “sessions” or any physical or sexual service, whether or not it is legal where you are. The Platform is exclusively for digital images and videos and for video calls that follow these rules.
- On video calls: the same rules as for uploads. No nudity, no sexual activity, no recording.
- Impersonation, stolen or copied images, fraud (taking payment and not delivering, or receiving content and reversing payment in bad faith), harassment, threats, extortion, doxxing, hate, spam, soliciting off-platform contact details to evade moderation, and anything else illegal.
Every upload requires the seller to confirm that they are the only person shown, are 18 or older, own the content and that it follows these rules. That confirmation is stored with the upload.
3. How moderation works
We review uploads and public content by hand, act on every report, and may use automated tools to flag items for human review, for example hash matching against databases of known child sexual abuse material run by our hosting provider. No content is removed and no account is suspended by an automated system; a person decides. We do not read private messages unless a participant reports a conversation or an authority orders us to.
Possible actions, from lightest to heaviest:
- Removing an item, a caption or a comment.
- Restricting a feature (for example uploading or messaging).
- Suspending the account until the issue is resolved.
- Terminating the account and refusing re-registration.
- Reporting to the authorities where the law requires or allows it.
4. Reporting
Use the report form, reachable from every profile, post, comment and message, with or without an account. You get a ticket number at once and the outcome by email.
| Report type | We act within |
|---|---|
| Intimate image of you shared without consent (see the dedicated procedure) | 48 hours, including known copies |
| Content involving a minor; threats to life or safety | 48 hours, and the authorities are informed |
| Copyright (see the DMCA policy) | 7 business days |
| Everything else | 7 business days |
Knowingly false reports are themselves a breach of these rules.
5. Statement of reasons and appeals
If we act against your content or account you receive an email with: what we did, the facts and circumstances, whether it followed a report, whether the ground is illegality or these rules, how long it applies and where, and how to appeal. Reply within 14 days; someone not involved in the original decision reviews it and answers within 7 business days. Where consent to appear in content is disputed and cannot be resolved, the content stays down. EU users may also complain to the Belgian Digital Services Coordinator (BIPT) or choose a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body; contact info@allisonfeet.com for the current list.
